If the sticker is peeled off the equivalent mens size is molded into the sandal. For example, if you already own a pair of WOMENS Slaps and the heel of the foot bed reads 8 you will need to order one size larger, a size 9. If you do not already own a pair of these, KEEP IT SIMPLE. Just order the size you normally wear in girls shoes. Thats what works!
